- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specified sectors, focusing on expanding our presence in gelato stores, ice cream chains, bakery chains, new tea chains, or coffee chains, etc.
- Distributor Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing distributors and recruit new ones to increase market penetration and distribution reach.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas within the specialty food ingredients market.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives, with a focus on increasing sales volume and market share.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry innovations to effectively communicate the benefits of our ingredients to potential and existing clients.

- College degree or above.
