Responsibilities: •To expand sales of power distribution products and systems from Energy & Power products portfolio and busbar (copper bar) system products for power distribution and distribution, which are the main products of our Energy & Power Division.•Build a partner network (Technology Partners & Distribution Partners) for Power Distribution products.•Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for company solutions (utilising products from the complete product portfolio) in the Energy sector.•Collaborating with Industry Solutions sales staff, to promote E&P products and solutions on a horizontal axis including acquisition of new customers.•Provide basic technical and specification information on products and respond to meetings with sales representatives in charge of each account and customers.

Experience:
•Experience in selling power distribution panels or industrial electrical products.
•Familiarity with renewable energy solutions, such as solar and wind power.
•Existing experience and network in the panel building industry, particularly with Medium or Low Voltage Switch Gear or Control Gears.
•Proven experience in sales/business development and comfort in engaging with C-level executives, technical personnel, and other stakeholders.
•Prior experience leading and mentoring a sales team, with skills in team motivation, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
•Demonstrated success in direct sales and the ability to penetrate new markets.
Knowledge:
•Technical expertise in power distribution systems, especially power distribution panels and electrical components.
•Relevant electrical-related qualifications, such as Electrical Engineering, are preferred.
Skills:
•Track record experience of at least 5 years in industrial electrical product sales.
•Proficient business-level communication skill in English
