This role is going to base in mainland China, report to Sales Director, Asia Pacific
about the job.
Responsible for driving sustained sales growth of their imported products in China within four distinct sales channels: Retail, Food service, Restaurant/Hotel National Accounts and Club
skills and experience required.
1. Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and assigned sales territories.
2. Develop distributors in China.
3. Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow profitable volume with existing assigned accounts (if any).
4. Develop new markets and accounts through current relationships and building new relationships.
5. Work closely with business partners within and outside the Company to ensure sales requirements and targets are met. 6. Effectively coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of products to customers.
7. Effectively implement price changes.
8. Ensure collection on outstanding invoices and assist in resolving invoicing issues.
9. Review own sales performance, calibrating and providing consistent timely update and feedback on how to meet or exceed targets.
10. Review monthly sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
11. Communicate trends, pricing issues, competition and other unique issues as it relates to sales.
12. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and food shows.
13. Analyze territory and monitor performance results.
14. Perform other duties as needed or assigned by the Sales Director, Asia Pacific.
