My client is a prominent and leading automotive powerhouse with a portfolio of prestigious car brands that are synonymous with performance, luxury, and cutting-edge technology. As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to be part of their high performance team to strategize and implement Sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
About the role
Reporting to the Sales Director your responsibilities would includes
- Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement sales campaigns, promotions, and events that drive traffic and generate leads.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress against targets and inform decision-making.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field including proven managerial experience
- Ability to analyze market data and trends, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to manage leads, track performance, and generate reports.
