You will be responsible to achieve the sales and income targets by identifying own sales pipeline and qualifying opportunities for the range of feed ingredients assigned by the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities by undertaking daily customers’ visits, telephone calls and/or meetings (physical and/or online meetings) to solicit for repeat, increased and/or new products sales in order to achieve the targeted income target as assigned by the Company.
- Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities by researching and conducting cold-calls.
- Constantly undertake self-research in order to update oneself on the market trends and new products launched by competitors. Provide prompt updates to the Department Manager to initiate counter strategies.
- Manage and drive the growth of existing accounts and product mix of the customers as per annual targets.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years sales experience in animal feed industry
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related field
