To lead the Sales Team to achieve Sales Targets, set objectives along with support of the CIty Lead, research customer needs and identify solutions for the same and continuously develop leadership through effective planning and proactive recruitment
- Resource Planning to achieve set objectives, team selection, recruitment
- Lead, monitor and manage a team of Sales Partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and generate and convert leads into long-term customers
- Create MIS reports for specific time periods
- Stakeholder management and Long-term relationship building
- Set objectives for the team, train and mentor the sales partners on a regular basis and give them feedback
- Travelling throughout the territory and visiting the customers
- Motivate and work with rigour and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
