Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior management positions, demonstrating successful leadership of sales teams to achieve performance goals.
- Successful experience in managing large-scale business operations within a group setting, effectively addressing complex market challenges.
- Previous executive positions in well-known multinational corporations or large domestic privately listed companies.
- Ability in group acquisitions integration and team restructuring management, effectively coordinating resources for business integration and value enhancement.
- MBA or other relevant professional degree, with excellent business strategy thinking and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication, coordination, leadership, and team motivation skills to drive teams towards achieving business objectives.
- Strong professional ethics, teamwork spirit, proactive, results-oriented, and ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
