■ Take a leadership role in planning and executing Segmentation & Targeting (S&T), sales force sizing and territory alignment for selected sales organization■ Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives and ensure the implementation of SFE framework in the sales organization together with / under direction of Head of SalesExcellence■ Lead in creating innovative strategy / methodology in SFE (e.g. Targeting andsegmentation) and Sales Force Digitalization (SFD - e.g. BI tools) that really work at thefield■ Lead communication with Sales departments and Marketing departments in SFE and SFD■ Take part in project related to business development and sales force reorganization and lead topics related to SFE and SFD such as targeting and estimation of sales force FTEs

■University degree or above
■Master of Business Administration or equivalent studies preferred
■At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Statistic Analysis, Consulting or related field management
■Experience of consulting firm or multiple business units preferred
■Strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English (i.e. TOEIC730+), including oral & written
■Complexity / ambiguity management skills
■Process management skills
■Professional analytical skills and problem solving skills
■100% accuracy standards
■Strong presentation and communication skills, comfort around senior management
■Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and
backgrounds
■Proficient computer skills (MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Word and globally used analytic
