Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of LAP, Business Loans, and Personal Loans. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for LAP, Business Loans, and Personal Loans.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their financial needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide clients with detailed information about loan products, including interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, assisting with documentation and addressing any queries.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline and conversion rates.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the financial industry and the company’s product offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and market trends.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the credit and risk departments to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and market intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, specifically in LAP, Business Loans, and Personal Loans
