Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of presales for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members (Marketing, Presales, Product teams) to achieve the best results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Help scale the sales organization through operational innovation.
Requirements
You have 3-5 years of sales, business development or account management experience in a high growth Business Software or similar environment (services, FMCG, Manufacturing etc).
Very good understanding of marketing, sales processes and negotiating techniques
Have passion for sales and you are a fast learner
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
You have experience crafting sales strategies and you are confident with measuring and optimizing sales results.
You have excellent time and project management skills.
You are adaptable and perform in a rapidly changing situations where you can think independantly.
You have strong analytical capabilities complemented by superior written and verbal communication skills.
You have a University degree and excellent knowledge of Office and collaboration tools. Proficiency in English. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Driving license is required for travelling to customers
