They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Education Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and maintaining relationships with public and private universities, driving the adoption of digital learning solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education and a strong sales acumen.

Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target key decision-makers within public and private universities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Present and demonstrate suite of digital learning products to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with higher education institutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for universities, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and upselling.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market needs.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with country leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the education technology or publishing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the higher education sector and its unique challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
