- Craft and implement efficient route-to-market strategies, building strong relationships with distributors to maximize market reach and share.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform distribution decisions and optimize channel management.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless alignment across teams to achieve company-wide sales and customer satisfaction goals.
the experience
- Advanced diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales training, route-to-market, distributor management, or sales operations within the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering successful sales training programs and developing effective market entry and distribution strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
