Will drive sales growth and maintain customer relationships in Gujarat for Aquarius’s product portfolio, including boom pumps, line pumps, and batching plants for RMC. The role involves achieving sales targets, providing technical support to customers, and expanding the company’s market presence in the region.Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Business Development*:
• Identify and target potential customers in Gujarat to promote the company’s products.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in alignment with the company’s goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers in Gujarat, providing product information, pricing, and technical support.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
Dealer Coordination:
• Work closely with local dealers in Gujarat to enhance sales and market penetration.
• Train and support dealer teams to improve their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline updates and sales forecasts.
• Track competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to the Regional Sales Manager.Technical Support & Demonstrations:
• Arrange product demonstrations and presentations for customers and dealers.
• Collaborate with the technical and service teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.Technical Competencies
Technical knowledge of construction equipment, particularly boom pumps, line pumps, and batching plants for RMC.Work Environment : Mix of travel and office.
