- Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential customers, as well as with colleagues.
- Proactively drive rental sales to achieve company-set targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the construction and warehouse sectors, while continuing to serve existing clients.
- Conduct market research on competitors and trends to stay informed about the latest industry developments.
- Follow up on payments and manage debt recovery from existing customers.
- Prepare weekly plans and reports on rental sales activities.
- Regularly engage with existing customers to ensure their professional requirements are met.
- Supply detailed purchase information to ensure transparent business dealings.
skills and requirements
- Candidates must possess Diploma or Degree in civil engineering/ sales or similar qualification.
- Experience in the equipment rental, construction equipment, scaffolding towards suppliers/services or familiar with heavy equipment and crane industry will have advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Possess good interpersonal skills, presentation and communication skills
- Have own transport and willing to travel
- Multilingual to deal with diverse clients portfolio
