You will develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting institutional clients, including exchanges, brokers, and asset managers. You will lead a sales team, coordinate with product and marketing departments, and establish partnerships to enhance client referrals. Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events.

skills and experience required
You should come with minimally 8 years of prior sales experience in Web3, Blockchain, Fintech or related industries. As this role manages a team of 5, past people experience management is crucial. You should be knowledgeable and familiar with the Web3 industry. As this role requires you to converse with Chinese speaking clients, Mandarin speaking ability is a must.
