The proposed salary is 50k per year, Monday to Friday, hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., for a 40 hour week on site !

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing Customer, Sales and Purchase Orders across Canada arriving by email
- Assisting customers with questions, inquiries, complaints or any special requests via emails and sometimes by phone
- Coordination of inventory between warehouses
- Create & Manage customer inventory reports
- Reviewing customer’s stock intake and stock replenishment
- Reconcile purchase orders against supplier list
- Support Sales Technicians requests
- New product & customer assignments in Corporate Database
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
- Strong MS Office skills , SAP big asset
- Ability to work with large volumes under pressure

- Positive & Professional Attitude
- Organizational / Analytical skills
- Team player
-Taking initiative to bring about positive results/Ownership
