We are currently hiring a Sales Coordinator for a well-established company in Burlington. This role will provide administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skill, customer service experience and the ability to work well as part of a team. A great attention to detail and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are required for this role.

Responsibilities
- Enter purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Engage with existing clients through inbound calls and emails
- Support the sales team through data entry using excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint
- Communicate with various internal departments on a regular basis for customer/product related issues, including backorders, emergency shipments, customer account status, invoices, returns processing etc.
- Input, update and maintain client information
- Answer customer inquiries and concerns regarding product availability, pricing etc.
- Adhere to all procedures and work instructions in performing the job
- Other administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales or administrative coordinator position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Self-starter, efficient, and organized
- Positive and professional attitude
- Capable of consistently producing high quality work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Strong proficiency in data entry with an attention to detail
- Ability to work well as a team and collaborate with others including inter-departmental
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help the team when needed
