Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Self Motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with FMCG and understanding of customer needs and pain points.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our products.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with marketing and customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Additional Information
- We have a global presence with offices in China, the UK, Germany, New Zealand, and Canada.
- Ideal candidates have FMCG experience with 3 years of sales expertise, particularly with smaller stores and retailers. Experience in the vape industry is highly preferred.
- Work hours are 9am - 6pm, based in the CBD, with occasional collaboration required with our team in China.
