- Drive efforts to meet and exceed sales targets, hunting for new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage contract negotiations and develop strategic partnerships to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, using insights to refine our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.
- Identify and explore key accounts within defined territories or industry verticals.
- Utilise sales analytic to inform strategy, accurately forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field with passion to be successful in the software industry.
- At least 5 years’ experience in direct sales, solution selling in business software such as ERP will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytically and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
