They are currently seeking passionate and dynamic (Senior) Sales Associates to join their team at the Hong Kong International Airport store which will be reopened just before Christmas!

Customer Engagement: Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences to create memorable shopping experiences.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our luxury products, including fabrics, craftsmanship, and brand history, to effectively communicate value to customers.
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive selling techniques and relationship-building with clients.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that products are displayed to reflect the brand’s luxury image.
Inventory Management: Support inventory control processes, including receiving new shipments, organizing stock, and conducting regular inventory checks.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and high-energy store atmosphere.
Brand Ambassador: Uphold the brand’s values and image, representing [Company Name] with professionalism and enthusiasm.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably from premium/luxury retail background
Passionate in fashion, ability to provide exceptional customer service
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
Candidates with more experience will be considered as "Senior Sales Associate"

monthly transportation allowance up to HKD4,000
