We are currently looking for a talented Sales Administration Officer for an Japanese MNC that specializes in manufacturing and distributing electronic products
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Selangor

the role
- Offer administrative and operational assistance to the sales teams.
- Compile and present weekly and monthly reports to the sales team, and generate a balance sheet for stock movement.
- Oversee and update inventory levels in the sales records system and track shipments.
- Manage delivery orders and sales orders.
- Accurately and promptly prepare and send invoices to customers.
- Aid in the collection of payments from customers according to credit terms.
the requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years sales experience in electronics industry
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Minimum Diploma
