- Liaise with bankers and loan solicitors to ensure loan documentation is completed and loans are drawn down in a timely manner.
- Follow up with marketing agents and SPA solicitors on the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
- Issue invoices and official receipts, maintaining an accurate debtor aging report.
- Prepare month-end credit control reports.
- Manage matters related to sub-sales, strata titles, Memorandum of Transfer (MOT), and Memorandum of Charge (MOC).
- Liaise with Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT), PTG, COB, municipal councils, and other government agencies.
skills and requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in business administration or equivalent
- 2 years of working experience in Property Development field or similar
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
