- Review and verify documentation information to ensure accuracy, including property details and selling prices in agreements.
- Follow up on the timely return of stamped agreements and coordinate with sales personnel for dispatch to purchasers.
- Issue Letters of Undertaking (LOU) to financiers and ensure receipt of their undertakings.
- Maintain a proper filing system for all documents, including agreements and correspondence with purchasers, solicitors, and bankers.
- Prepare for strata title submissions, including car park allocation listings and total area of units.
- Ensure the sales administration department complies with standard operating procedures, maintaining consistency with the corporate brand and image.
skills and requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- With 5 years of working experience in the property development industry.
- Familiarity with the Housing Act and the standard Sale & Purchase Agreement.
- Knowledge of the work flow for completing sale and purchase agreements and loan documentation.
