This role is primarily responsible for achieving sales revenue targets and maintaining high fill rates for assigned programs across the region. A key focus is managing new business leads, maintaining an up-to-date customer database, and ensuring seamless direct customer interactions. This includes handling registrations, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster strong client relationships.
Additionally, the role involves supporting the preparation, generation, and validation of quotations to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Participation in trade shows, webinars, and sales events is also essential to promote the company’s offerings, expand market presence, and identify new business opportunities.
skills and experience required
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of business development/sales experience in the Professional Services, Consulting, Training, Education sectors
- Demonstrated capability of managing internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to details, excellent comunication skills
- Able to travel around APAC region for work
