Deliverables : * Full time H&S supervision in construction works / activities for the project in area of their responsibility as per guidelines provided by Unit H&S Area In charge* Carry out daily inspections of all work areas to ensure compliance of H&S program by all Employees, Contractors and Sub Contractors* Communicates Accident Reports and lessons learned to Contractors, Subcontractors and staff* Responsible for ensuring the correct use of tools, tackles, scaffolding etc in area of responsibility* Implement processes that ensure H&S awareness amongst all workers to include risk as also learning's from incidents.* Provide SME guidance, governance, and assurance on WAH, CS, Scaffolding, ES and EI* Ensure requisite daily communication to personnel on job risk assessment and the application of appropriate mitigating measures in the work sites* Monitor area of responsibility performance against benchmarks and use this to drive continuous improvement.* Monitor and regularly report H&S Performance (including contractors) in area of responsibility to project H&S area In charge* Support TNI development and delivery of training as required (induction, job specific & emergency response) prior to start of activity/ when required. ...
