工作职责:1、统筹组织服装产品的市场调研及分析工作,根据消费人群分析和消费者实际需求,结合产品市场表现分析,制订产品结构及产品发展规划;2、结合服装产品的品牌定位与营销的市场方向,制定服装的商品企划方案与标准。将品牌元素落实到系列化产品与组合,提升商品的核心竞争力;3、结合销售目标规划,确定商品组合,品类计划,具体商品系列,结构的需求计划;4、参与商品设计研发部门对于风格,定位,设计方向,产品面料,颜色,结构等项目评审; (对于面料方面也有相关经验和知识)5、负责服装产品整体商品企划工作,同时协调品牌、营销、设计、研发部门对商品部门的协同工作。 任职要求:1、本科以上学历,服装设计、市场营销等相关专业;2、8年以上服装设计、商品企划相关工作经验;在国内外知名服装企业具有成功商品企划经验;3、熟悉国内外知名品牌的运营、产品企划,精通服装产品设计组合与规划;4、具有相当的时尚敏锐度、审美能力、潮流意识,具有现代化的商品管理理念和经验;5、要求具有设计、品牌形象、商品的综合能力;很强的数据分析和理解能力,具有市场
