1. This position is responsible for strategic leading, planning toward commercialization including business model development, financial evaluation and business partnership for value maximization of assigned Rx+ projects from ideation/incubation stage in Japan and APAC region.2. This position is responsible for delivery of outcome of commercial strategy including framework for business execution and value maximization plan for assigned Rx+ businesses in Japan and APAC region by close collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.3. This position contributes to develop effective business models, commercial strategy and business partnership strategy to build Rx+ business capability which maybe relevant to multiple programs with Program Owners, Regional or Global Commercial Head.4. This position also supports assigned functional management to build and enhance Rx+ commercial strategy and functional capability beyond the assigned program which often requires cross functional collaboration.

<必須 / Must>
・Bachelor’s Degree
・3 or more years’ experience in consulting firm in healthcare/life science industry with leading roles in business assessment, holistic commercial strategy, go-to-market model development, marketing or partnering /business development in Japan/APAC
・2 or more years’ experience in business negotiation with Business to Business external partners in healthcare/life science industry.
・Experience in and knowledge of digital health / med device / diagnostics space
・Direct experience in managing relatively large-scale projects, including development project, commercial development, new modality project etc.
・Broad business experience gained in a variety of functions including research, development, manufacturing, finance, business planning, marketing or corporate function
・Strong, international business negotiation skills ability to onboard new partners or vendors.
・Knowledge/experience of running financial models and elaborate the outcome in a concise and effective manner.
・Lead skills of team activities with multi-functional /regional /cultural members
・Excellent presentation /recommendation skills for decision making of the top managements
・Ability to quickly develop credibility as a thought-partner with senior management
・ Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
・Proactive communication and leadership skills
・Coordination skills and strategic thinking
・Ability to operate tactically, team player and self-starter
・Ability to work under the multi-cultural environment

・MBA or masters in the fields relevant to business strategy Prior experience leading global business assessment, commercial development, marketing and partnering /business development in the field of intersection of healthcare industry and digital, device, diagnosis or data
・Knowledge of latest trends in the digital and healthcare market
・Strong preference in experience in digital health startups or in venture capital in the field
