Responsibilities
•Lead F5 ADC initiatives and optimize current deployments across cloud and on-premise platforms
•Provide end-to-end operational support, including incident, problem, and change management
•Execute performance tuning, device maintenance, and root cause analysis using network captures and tools
•Review and improve infrastructure configurations including VCMP cleanup and optimization
•Integrate and secure cloud-based networking environments in Azure, AWS, and other platforms
•Deliver documentation (technical MoP) and keep stakeholders updated on ticket status and SLAs
•Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and participate in on-call rotations
•Lead project initiatives, assess builds, and recommend architecture or footprint reductions
Qualifications
•5+ years of hands-on experience with F5 technologies (LTM, GTM, VIPRION, iRules, APM)
•Expertise with enterprise-grade networking (Cisco Nexus, ACI, spine-leaf architecture, DNS, load balancing)
•Experience integrating and managing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
•Familiarity with security platforms: Check Point, Palo Alto, ASA/Firepower, and associated tools
•Proven track record in incident response, ticket resolution, and performance monitoring
•Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
•Tools knowledge: NNMI, HPNA, Netscout, Elastic, AlgoSec, Ansible
•Understanding of secure API practices, MFA, SSO, Web App Proxies, and distributed cloud services
•Ability to manage end-to-end deployments, including AS3 declarations, VCMP grouping, and distributed services
