Responsibilities
•Review and update existing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
•Develop BI data models and map transactional models to support analytics.
•Facilitate stakeholder interviews and validation sessions.
•Create architecture artefacts such as Fact/Dimension Matrix and Logical Dimensional Models.
•Present deliverables to secure architecture review board approvals.
•Align models with standards and update documentation in PowerDesigner.
•Support governance processes including gating, PIA, and TRA reviews.
•Conduct regular knowledge transfer through working sessions and documentation.
Qualifications
•10+ years of hands-on experience in creating data models (conceptual, logical, physical).
•Demonstrated expertise in developing and normalizing logical data models with full attributes and metadata.
•Proficiency in PowerDesigner for creating and updating architectural artefacts.
•Experience developing information architecture from business process models and architectural specifications.
•Strong knowledge of Siebel-based systems and BI data modeling.
•Understanding of OPS Information Architecture standards and practices.
•Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and consensus-building skills.
•Experience with accessibility standards such as AODA.
