•Ensure timely availability of reports to support informed business decisions.
•Implement technology upgrades for web-based applications and IT infrastructure.
•Ensure government assets and business applications remain current and up to date.
Qualifications
•10+ years of experience in supporting n-tier web applications and business-critical systems.
•Hands-on experience with application support, deployment, and release management.
•Expertise in SQL for database verification and system integrity checks.
•Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, CLI, VBScript, and JavaScript.
•Knowledge of CURAM, Adobe Experience Manager, SAP BOE, and Oracle database technologies.
•Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes for incident, change, and deployment management.
•Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing methodologies.
•Familiarity with structured system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
•Ability to develop, present, and implement new ideas for system improvements.
