•Conduct feasibility analysis, project scoping, and work estimation.

•Support Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and lead sprint planning.
•Assist development and QA teams with test case reviews, defect management, and user inquiries.

•Conduct stakeholder workshops, manage integration and user acceptance testing plans.
•Analyze legacy applications, support modernization efforts, and ensure smooth documentation transition.
Qualifications
•10+ years’ experience in business analysis using SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
•Demonstrated experience with business object-oriented modeling and UML tools.
•Proven skills in sprint leadership, backlog grooming, and user story management.
•Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM, Power BI, PowerDesigner.
•Strong technical background in mid-tier and mainframe environments.
•Deep understanding of public-facing services related to licensing, registration, enforcement, and fraud prevention.
•Experience with Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) product implementations like Oracle Siebel.
•Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
