Responsibilities
•System Administration & Monitoring: Maintain, patch, and troubleshoot Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus, ensuring continuity of critical services.
•Application Sustainment: Manage operations, upgrade paths, backups, certificate renewals, and vendor coordination across multi-OS environments (Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris).
•Incident & Problem Management: Triage and resolve technical issues, analysing root causes, and implementing solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
•Continuous Improvement: Create tools, scripts, and frameworks to enhance monitoring, automate tasks, and minimize downtime.
•Knowledge Transfer & Team Culture: Provide documentation, on-call support, and coaching, ensuring OPS staff can operate and sustain the identity platform.
Qualifications
•10+ years administering COTS-based identity solutions, including Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite.
•Expertise in encryption, authentication (PKI, PMI, SSL), Oracle Fusion Middleware, OHS, WebSphere, Apache, and OSs (Solaris, Windows, AIX, Linux).
•Experience in triaging, analyzing, and resolving complex identity management incidents.
•Understanding of Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or equivalents for COTS implementations.
•Familiarity with system monitoring tools (Nagios, Big Brother).
•ITIL process skills (Service Level, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity Management).
