Responsibilities
- Lead the design of test strategy, plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures for testing, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases, including functional, non-functional, systems integration, load, performance, and API testing.
- Utilize automated test tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to coordinate test strategies, ensuring seamless integration with overall project objectives.
- Apply expertise in API testing (REST, SOAP), accessibility testing (AODA compliance), and database testing using SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, MS Access) to validate system performance and reliability.

Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Experienced in designing, developing, and maintaining test cases based on industry best practices and standards
- Skilled in executing functional, and non-functional, systems integration, load, and performance, and API testing.
- Proficiency in using automated test tools.
- Strong ability to analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations.

General Skills:
- Proven experience as a functional tester for large-scale enterprise systems undergoing transformation or being built from scratch.
- Skilled in developing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Robotic, WAVE, and others.
- Proficient in REST API testing, including creating test data and verifying expected results using clients like Postman, Curl, and SOAP UI.
- Adept at manual test execution, defect reporting, and testing various integration technologies.
- Knowledgeable in AODA testing tools.
