Responsibilities
- Support one or more Project Managers or Portfolio Leads in the management of activities on various projects;
- Perform day-to-day project coordination and administration activities such as tracking, reporting, and facilitating resolution of issues and risks, following up on action items, taking meeting minutes, and updating project schedules using MS Project Online;
- Work collaboratively with other groups to ensure optimal integration as required;
- Assist in the creation of project artifacts, including scorecard updates, and status reports, and provide input to management reports;
- Perform analysis using tools such as Excel;
- Assist project managers with day-to-day tasks;
- Complete work and achieve milestones within the assigned deadlines; and
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience creating and maintaining project management artifacts such as risk, issue & action logs, briefing notes, status reports, presentations, project communications, and meeting minutes;
- Professional interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders;
- Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative skills;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Skills and experience gathering data, performing analysis and building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, and cost data;
- Skills and experience reviewing and ensuring submitted documentation is complete and accurate;
- A team player with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing priorities and strict deadlines;
- 3 to 5 years of skills and experience in I&IT Service management;
- Experience with incident and change management;
- Skills and experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion;
- Skills and experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow-ups;
- Skills and experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams;
- High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; and
- Experience with Radio technology projects.
