•Collaborate with procurement, legal, and vendor teams for timely resource acquisition and compliance.

•Provide regular status updates at steering committees and stakeholder forums, articulating scope, timeline changes, and mitigation strategies.
•Enforce best practices in project management, maintaining alignment with recognized methodologies.
Qualifications
•Proven experience leading large cross-functional security or IT programs, including strategy planning and budget management.
•Expert knowledge of PMI standards, agile methods (scrum, sprints, backlog), and ability to adapt them to project needs.
•History of risk mitigation, complex vendor coordination, and thorough project documentation.
•Familiarity with data analytics or advanced BI tools (e.g., dashboards).
•Strong proficiency in public safety or enterprise-level security environments.
