Qualifications
•Proven experience managing large technical cross-functional projects in health/public safety.
•Expertise in PMI and Agile methodologies, with demonstrated SDLC knowledge (agile/waterfall).
•PowerBI dashboard project experience, including data analytics best practices.
•Strong leadership, risk mitigation, and communication skills to coordinate budgets, resources, and timelines.
•10+ years of project management experience.
•Familiarity with advanced data or cloud-based projects in complex operational environments.
