Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/React Native.

Qualifications
•3+ years of experience with front-end development languages and elements, including HTML, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS.
•Strong expertise in Java and the Java development ecosystem, including experience with Spring Boot.
•3+ years of experience with React/React Native or comparable technologies (such as Angular, Vue, etc.).
•Experience with enterprise integration technologies such as JMS, AMQP, and REST, including knowledge of how to use these in a Spring Integration context.
•Hands-on experience integrating and customizing front-end development with APIs for Web Chat / Live Chat using AWS and Amazon Connect.
•Strong knowledge of XML, with experience working with XML-based integration solutions, such as XSLT and XPath.
•In-depth knowledge of microservice architecture and experience building scalable, highly available systems.
•Extensive experience with REST API design and development, including experience with API documentation and testing.
•Strong skills in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
•Experience with data transformation techniques, such as mapping and normalization, and using these techniques in a Spring Integration context.
•Strong experience with automated testing, including unit, and API testing, and a deep understanding of the testing process.
•Familiar with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and AODA for web application development.
•Experience with quality assurance activities such as unit testing, functional testing, performance load testing, and security testing.
•Knowledge and understanding of Object Management Group (OMG) technical standards and AODA compliance.
•Experience ensuring website designs comply with organizational brand standards and meet AODA requirements.
•Proficient in creating user and system documentation as required by the role.
•Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in sprint planning and retrospectives.
•Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
