Responsibilities
•Comprehensive Test Planning: Develop test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for complex business systems experiencing frequent data, rules, and image changes.
•Performance & Automation: Lead automated test initiatives, performance test setups, and manage data reconciliation on large-scale applications.
•AODA/Accessibility Testing: Ensure applications meet WCAG2.0 AA standards, leveraging relevant tools for compliance assessments.
•Tool & Platform Integration: Utilize Microfocus, Selenium, Oracle DB tools, and other platforms to track defects, generate reports, and execute various functional/non-functional tests.
•Team Coordination: Work closely with project leads, developers, and stakeholders to maintain test schedules, address issues, and manage evolving priorities
Qualifications
•Proven background in manual testing and data reconciliation for business-critical systems.
•Experience creating automated tests with tools like Microfocus (ALM, UFT) or Selenium.
•Ability to develop performance test scenarios for large complex systems.
•Proficiency with web-based 3-tier platforms and custom/COTS implementations.
•Exposure to public sector projects.
•Familiarity with Oracle DB tools and AODA testing utilities for accessibility compliance.
