Responsibilities
•Develop test strategies, plans, and scripts for data-driven applications with frequent changes.
•Execute test cases (functional, non-functional) and handle data reconciliation on large systems.
•Perform accessibility checks for web-based 3-tier software using WAVES, JAWS, NVDA, etc.
•Validate custom and COTS implementations (including IBM J-Rules Engine).
•Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring each solution component meets QA standards.
•Provide clear status updates on QA progress, issues, and resolutions.
•Utilize Oracle DB tools for data analysis, debugging, and problem tracking via Jira/Bugzilla/Microfocus.
•Prioritize tasks under tight timelines, ensuring a high level of quality for large-scale deliverables.
Qualifications
•Proven experience leading manual testing and data reconciliation for large, business-critical systems.
•Expertise in test plan development, including test cases for AODA compliance.
•Familiarity with Jira, Bugzilla, Microfocus product suites, and Oracle database tools.
•Knowledge of web-based 3-tier platforms, custom/COTS integration, and IBM J-Rules.
•Public sector background and large business systems knowledge.
