Responsibilities
•Design technical solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM.
•Develop business design documents, functional/non-functional requirements, and high-level application flows.
•Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and mockups with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
•Conduct user research, and usability testing, and apply feedback to improve designs.
•Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA).
•Identify risks and provide solutions while maintaining quality assurance through test cases.
•Document and update business architecture artifacts and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
•Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet requirements and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
•7+ years of experience in designing and implementing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
•Proficiency in developing business design documents covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
•Strong background in creating high-level application flows, and process flows, and translating business requirements into technical designs.
•Expertise in user experience (UX) design and ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG/AODA).
•Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and developing user personas and user journey maps.
•Skilled in designing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
•Familiarity with industry best practices in design and the ability to integrate them into solutions.
•Demonstrated experience in developing use cases, identifying business rules, and creating quality assurance plans with test cases.
•Extensive knowledge of change management methodologies and experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation.
•Proficient in documenting test strategies, user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, and creating business architecture artifacts.
•Strong understanding of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and experience in developing CRUD matrices.
•Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, and functional, and technical teams.
•Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage aggressive timelines.
•Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model experience and adherence to corporate QA standards are assets.
