Responsibilities
•Conduct business analysis to gather, document, and validate I&IT requirements.
•Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Cognos.
•Support data transformation and migration using SSIS, Informatica, and SQL.
•Liaise with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure solution quality.
•Optimize database performance, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server and Oracle.
•Manage data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.
•Produce business documentation including business cases, process models, use cases, and testing plans.
•Facilitate knowledge transfer, maintain version control documentation, and ensure project compliance.
Qualifications
•5–7 years of experience in business analysis within I&IT environments.
•Proficient in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, Gateway, APIs, and Security).
•Strong experience with MS SQL Server (T-SQL, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
•Skilled in Cognos development (Report Studio, Framework Manager, Query Studio).
•Familiar with Oracle databases (PL/SQL, performance tuning, data modeling).
•Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, .NET Framework, and version control tools like GIT.
•Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
•Experience in AODA compliance, data security, and privacy standards is desirable.
