-Experience in working on Agile developed projects

-Experience in development and analysis with Salesforce Public Sector Foundations
-Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications.
-Demonstrated experience directing project teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and adhere to government and ministry standards
-Acts as the technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverable
-Provide the quality assurance/quality control of specific deliverables
-Anticipates and resolves problems to ensure that the deliverables are completed within budget, to the highest quality, meeting or exceeding expectations
-Develops processes and procedures for implementing deliverables
-Prepares reports and presentations including options, recommendations, implementation plans, etc.
-Works with clients to define the scope of a project and to determine requirements
-Analyzes I&IT requirements giving independent and objective advice on the use of I&IT
-Designs, tests, installs and monitors new systems and develops solutions and implementation of new systems
-Familiar with change-management principles and methodology
-Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
-Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
-Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building, and problem-solving skills
-Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others
-Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and project manager, product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution
-Experience leading the Agile methodology and development teams in self-organization and identifying and filling in blanks in the framework
-Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments
-Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews to administer project goals and improve team performance
-Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.
