You’ll join their fresh, dynamic crew, all about making things run like clockwork behind the scenes. Beyond managing daily back office tasks, you’ll be a key member of back office logistics team - we can offer different levels of positions to suit your experience!
what we offer- A hybrid work model (from Gdansk) - work from home up to 2 days / week and then come hang out with the team the rest of the time! You'll have a lot to learn, so the first 3 months we will spend together at the office getting you off to a good start.

- An attractive salary range: 5800 - 6200 PLN gross for junior positions, 6500 - 7500 specialist and 8000 - 10 500 PLN gross for senior-level positions.
your tasks
Invoicing:
- Finalising and approving invoices with accuracy, ensuring they align with verified data and Shared Service Centre (SSC) standards for timely processing.
- Collaborating with various teams to confirm financial data completeness and compliance with invoicing requirements.
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving invoicing discrepancies to prevent revenue loss and maintain financial integrity.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth alignment on invoicing processes and expectations.
You’re a detail-oriented problem-solver with a knack for staying cool under pressure. Your proactive attitude means you don’t just wait for things to happen—you make them happen. Plus, if you’ve got some experience in back-office logistics or SSC roles, that’s a big bonus.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or road transportation
- Knowledge of the Carlo system - especially important in a senior role (if your cv includes it - we're impressed!
- Growth-oriented, keen on learning new software and methodologies
- Excellent English skills (C1 level minimum - your emails are chef's kiss!
- Mastery of MS Office, escpecially Excel and Word and being strong digitally.
