What you'll do:
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with service users and their families.
- Contribute to the delivery of evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches.
- Advocate for service users and promote their rights and well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice.
What you'll need:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
- A genuine passion for supporting people with mental health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong commitment to providing person-centered care
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our service users
