What you'll do:

• Provide person-centered care and support to individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with service users and their families.
• Contribute to the delivery of evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches.
• Advocate for service users and promote their rights and well-being.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice.

What you'll need:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
• A genuine passion for supporting people with mental health conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong commitment to providing person-centered care
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our service users
