Responsibilities
As a Risk Analyst, Supplier Management your duties will include, but are not limited to:
●Driving key projects and integration initiatives through superior prioritization and organizational skills.
●Communicating and leading change management activities to support the rollout of enterprise policies and standards, processes, and tools.
●Identifying and recommending the need for change and efficiencies within the Functions supplier management program and integration initiatives.
●Leading with integrity and empathy while providing practical advice
●Developing relationships across Functions and other company’s Business Platforms, including procurement, supplier management offices and centers of governance.
●Supporting supplier governance and oversight activities throughout the third-party lifecycle and help identify and drive efficiencies and improvements across the supplier base.
Qualifications
●3 to 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role with significant experience in execution of Third party supplier management frameworks and methodologies
●3+ Years Business Analysis (process, workflow, requirements). Ability to deal with ambiguous inputs/user requirements and able to question, interpret, investigate, define the ambiguity and obtain answers.
●Archer – Supplier Risk Management Application (SRMA)
●Advanced proficiency in Excel – pivots, vlookup, formulas, power query
●Tableau – reporting and portfolio Analytics
●Ivalua – procurement system for source to contract (supplier and contracts repository for third party)
●MS Office skills – Word, Outlook,PowerPoint
●Keen eye for details and ability to dive deep and research for information.
●English: advanced fluency in both written and verbal communication
●Practical knowledge and experience in supplier risk management highly preferred
●Experience in planning and change management. Ability to react to changing demands on an ad hoc basis and to perform under time constraints.
●Strong relationship management and team-oriented approach. Ability to build loyalty and trust by proactively anticipating needs/resolving issues
●Maturity level and skill/judgement to be able to deal effectively with senior managers
●Formidable and proven critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of flexibility and resourcefulness.
Nice-to-have
●University degree in Business or similar discipline
●Working knowledge Ivalua
● Third Party Risk Management
●Understanding of systems development lifecycle, including software models (cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, MS Power BI).
