Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement development plans for team members.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store goals.
- Cultivate relationships with VIP and repeat clients to enhance brand loyalty.
Operations and Store Presentation:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and operational procedures.
Business Development:
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement strategies to increase foot traffic and boost in-store conversion rates.
Requirements:
