Responsibilities
Generate Profitable Revenue
Sell products and services with a focus on high-margin brands.
Review and manage open sales orders to drive closures.
Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining profit margins.
Proactively reach out to customers through outbound calls, visits, and prospecting.
Work in the showroom as needed and assist customers with purchases.
Deliver Excellent Customer Service
Provide prompt assistance to showroom visitors and answer customer inquiries within 24 hours.
Handle customer issues, resolving them before escalation.
Conduct in-home customer visits when required.
Follow established sales processes and best practices.
Maintain a World-Class Showroom
Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are customer-friendly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and workspaces.
Continuous Learning
Master the company’s sales system and consistently develop new sales skills.
Stay updated on product knowledge, and continuously seek out professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required.
Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and knowledge of home renovations or remodeling.
Personal Attributes: Honest, trustworthy, respectful, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn are essential.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
