Job Description: Your Role at IQOS
Are you experienced in actively engaging with customers from various backgrounds? Your mission as a Retail Sales Assistant is to provide exceptional sales and after-sales services to our valued consumers. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive consumer experience, handling transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales
- Welcome and engage consumers, addressing their needs
- Effectively manage consumer queries and objections
- Explain IQOS service and loyalty propositions
- Handle transactions and maintain a digital consumer database
- Follow up with consumers and address complaints
- Ensure shelves are stocked and inform consumers of new products
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships
- Store Maintenance
- Contribute to store cleanliness daily
Requirements:
- Relevant customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of retail or business systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mandarin speaking would be advantageous
