They offer a dynamic and rewarding work environment focused on collaboration and professional development.Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Retail Manager, you will guide and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results. You'll be instrumental in defining and implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance the customer experience across Japan’s retail network. You’ll foster a positive and productive atmosphere while ensuring brand standards and budgetary adherence. This role demands strong leadership and the ability to build meaningful relationships, both internally and within the Japanese luxury market.Main tasks include・Lead and motivate boutique staff to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.・Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of boutique managers and associates.・Cultivate strong relationships with key clients (VIPs), landlords, department stores, and industry influencers.・Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with the overall business objectives.・Manage and optimize boutique operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.・Collaborate effectively with various departments (merchandising, marketing, logistics, HR) to ensure seamless integration.・Negotiate terms and conditions with department stores and maintain strong business relationships.・Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on performance and key insights.If you have related experience, we'd like to hear from you.
