The client places great emphasis on team development and collaboration, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.■Summary of the Position:As Retail Manager, you'll lead retail operations, drive sales growth, enhance store performance, and develop the team. You'll ensure operational excellence, manage visual merchandising, and maintain strong relationships with staff and partners. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and team motivation in a fast-paced environment.■Key Responsibilities:1. Practice brand strategy in the retail business• Meet annual sales and KPI targets through sales activities (fairs, events, media, CRM, etc.).• Build strong relationships with landlords and department store decision-makers, exchanging information and negotiating to boost sales.• Monitor store locations and suggest improvements by promoting the brand and maintaining close relationships with key figures.• Ensure effective sales methods and product knowledge by collaborating with retail trainers, merchandising, and marketing teams, and respond promptly to store inquiries.2. Management of sales staff• Identify personnel and business issues through regular feedback and share them to resolve quickly and improve team unity.• Collaborate with the retail trainer to assess staff strengths and weaknesses and create training plans.• Maintain regular communication to boost staff responsibility, reduce stress, and build a strong team environment.• Develop staff by evaluating their strengths and weaknesses, offering career paths to ensure high retention.3. Handling of operations• Regularly monitor store operations, implement improvements, and boost efficiency.• Adjust processes for new store openings or renovations.• Track key metrics and prepare required reports.• Work with customer support to resolve issues and ensure smooth repairs and maintenance.4. Visual Merchandising• Make sure that shop staff has a proper training.• Always adhere to appropriate display and product guidelines.
求められる経験
■Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of Retail Area Manager experience or equivalent in fashion industry.
More extensive retail experience will be necessary.
• Ability to effectively coach/train//develop others to next level.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to provide high level of customer service.
• An upbeat attitude, with a sales-oriented personality.
